Fiemme Valley (Val di Fiemme), located in the north-east territory
of the Trentino Region, one of the most fascinating Alpine areas between
the mountain ranges of the Lagorai, the Latemar and the Pale di San Martino,
opens the gateway to the Dolomites.

TO GET TO VAL DI FIEMME
BY
CAR - Exit at Egna/Ora from the Brenner-Motorway A22, following the
Dolomiti Highway S.S. 48, Cavalese 24 kms, Predazzo 36 kms.
BY
TRAIN - Closest railway stations Egna/Ora (24 kms), Bolzano (42 kms) or
Trento (60 kms), then bus services to Val di Flemme.
BY
BUS - Daily public service with Trento, Ora and Bolzano.
BY
PLANE - Milan 275 kms, Verona 160 kms, Venice 220 kms, Innsbruck (A)
180 kms, Munich (D) 320 kms.

Fiemme offers 110 hotels of different categories, pleasant inns, 11 condo-residences,
private homes, farms, mountain cabins and camp sites with a total of 38,000
beds.
NORDIC
SKIING
Val di
Fiemme is the ideal resort for cross-country skiing. The Worid
Championships in the year 2003 will be held here for the second time
(after 1991).
A
great selection with a total of 150 kms of tracks are located
at Passo Lavazé, Lago di Tesero (provided with a snow making system),
Ziano, Predazzo and Bellamonte.
Val
di Fiemme is member of the European Cross Country Union (E.C.C.U.).
ALPINE
SKIING
Great
skiing with 50 modern lift facilities and
140 kms of slopes, perfectly prepared throughout the season, thanks to
the snow making system. The ski-pass "Val di Flemme - Obereggen", associated
to the "Dolomiti
Superski" pass, allows access to the ski resorts Ski Center Latemar,
Alpe Cermìs, Bellamonte-Alpe Lusia, Lavazé/Oclini, Passo
Rolle and to the lower resort at Ziano, which is also provided with night
skiing.

BUS SERVICE
An efficient
ski bus service free of charge runs from the tourist centres of the Val
di Fiemme to all ski resorts

SCHOOLS
5 ski
schools and 150 ski instructors are available for individual or group
lessons to teach Alpine or cross
country skiing, snow boarding or carving.
